A family home near Amritsar Airport · Opened February 2026
The stay

A private guest apartment within our family home.

Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen and a lobby—suited to short visits, longer stays and people who return to Amritsar regularly.

A newly opened home

No invented history, and no claim of perfection.

Our family moved into this house in February 2026. Satwik Stay is therefore a new offering, created with a clear intention but still gaining experience.

We hope guests will find the apartment clean, peaceful and practical. Where something can be improved, we would rather hear it honestly and improve it than pretend the home has already become everything it may one day be.

Construction and finishes

A modern structure, described without exaggeration.

Brick, cement and concrete

The building itself uses conventional modern construction. It is not a mud house or a fully natural structure.

Vedic plaster layer

A Vedic plaster layer was used on indoor floor surfaces within the practical limits of the project.

Breathable wall finish

The indoor walls use a Vedic breathable finish made from natural materials and colours, including pure desi cow dung.

These choices do not transform the house into something it is not. They simply reflect an effort, within available resources, to bring a more natural and sacred element into its interiors.

Guest privacy

The apartment is yours during the stay.

The two bedrooms, attached bathrooms, kitchen and lobby are for the booked guests. The family bedroom across the staircase is separate.

The ground floor, private worship space and other family-only areas are not part of the accommodation.

Hosts nearby

Independent, but not impersonal.

Our family lives within the same house. This allows practical help when needed while preserving the privacy of the guest apartment.

Normal household movement on the staircase and landing should be expected.

The kitchen and household

A clear practice during the stay.

The private kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals and maintain a familiar routine.

All supplied appliances and utensils are reserved for vegetarian food without eggs.

Essential condition

Vegetarian and alcohol-free.

Meat, fish, eggs, alcohol and intoxicants may not be brought into, prepared or consumed anywhere on the property.

This rule applies to the time spent in the home. Personal matters that need understanding can be discussed privately before confirmation.

A few practical boundaries

Simple expectations for a shared family residence.

Anyone not included in the booking should be discussed with the hosts before visiting.
